This antique beautiful fireback was realized at the beginning of the 19th century. The scene is represented in a Rocaille style frame. In the center take place three characters. On the right, an old man addresses two courtesans. The old man wears over the shoulder the " Calendar of the Old man " and leans on a cane.
This cast iron fireback weighs 64.5 kg.
