Square fireback in cast iron with a genius and torches

This square Empire style cast iron fireback was made in the 19th century. It depicts a genius with wings spreading his arms. His bottom members are replaced by acanthus leaves scrolls that are holding torches. The genius also wears on his head a bsket full of fruits.
A similar fireback is illustrated in Henri Carpentier's book " Fireback".
