Antique Louis XV style fireplace made out of white Carrara marble in the 19th century. The jambs with strong windings support a curved lintel. The center of the frieze and the heads of the jambs are filled with overturned shells adorned with foliage.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order (please ask for marble availability).
