Antique Louis XV style fireplace, made in the 19th century out of Carrara marble. The frieze is carved with a beautiful shell with flowers and fleshy acanthus leaves. The curved and tapered jambs are also carved with flowers and foliage.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order (please ask for marble availability).
