Antique Louis XV style fireplace, carved in the 19th century in Carrara marble. Curved and richly carved, it presents a large stylized shell at the center of the entablature. The scrolled jambs are also adorned with a shell.
This fireplace is sold with a modern cast iron insert adapted to this fireplace (the alignment of the cast iron in relation to the marble is perfect except at the level of the central shell) but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order (please ask for marble availabily).
