Louis XV style mantel with canted jambs from the Pompadour model in Carrara marble executed in the second half of the 19th century. The entablature is adorned with a circle framed by oblong moldings which are also presents on the jambs. They are slightly curved. The curved hearth opening is lined with moldings.
This fireplace is sold with a modern cast iron insert adapted to this fireplace but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order (please ask for marble availability).
