In good condition. Chips on the jamb. The top has been restored. Stone sides are moderns.
This antique Louis XVI style fireplace was made during the 18th century out of Rouge Royal marble. The slighly curved jambs are carved with rudented fluting towards the top. The tops of the jambs are decorated with square medallions. The fireplace's entablature is paneled and decorated in the centre with a diamond motif.
This fireplace is sold without any fireplace insert nor marble floor.
