This antique Napoleon III style fireplace in subtly veined Carrara marble was made during the 19th century. Large waterleaves drop down on the slightly curved jambs. The frieze they support is delicately pannelled and adorned in its center with a diamond.
This fireplace is sold with its original enameled insert but without the original marble floor. This one could be made to order.
