Beautiful antique Louis XV style fireplace made out of white Carrara marble, subtly veined, during the 19th century. The canted jambs are decorated with windings and are carved with acanthus leaves and reversed shells. The center of the entablature, made of curves and counter-curves is sculpted with a reversed shell from which escape beautiful naturalistic flowers carved in high relief.
This fireplace is sold without any fireplace insert nor marble floor but could be made to order.
