This Louis XVI style fireplace was made in the 19th century. The gray veined Arabescato marble is decorated with gilt bronze , with two square rosettes on the heads of the jambs, a row of pearls that emphasizes the paneled interior of the entablature, and three rows of asparagus on the fluted pilasters.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert and with its marble floor, which is broken but will be restored in our workshop.
