This exceptionally beautiful Louis XVI style antique fireplace in white Carrara marble was made in the 19th century. The entablature is carved in low relief with a frieze of laurel branches. The curved jambs are decorated with a thin row of pearls and acanthus leaves.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert (which is painted but will be cleaned) but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order.
