This beautiful Louis XV style fireplace was made at the end of the 19th century in white Carrara marble.
Its sculpted decoration is mainly composed of acanthus leaves and shells that we find on the console feet ends. They support a serpentine entablature underlined with an oblong moulding and adorned on its center with an important stylized shell composed of acanthus leaves and flowers.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order (please ask for marble availability).
