This rare antique Louis XVI style fireplace is in a Carrara marble and bronze. Périod 1880. This model with half-columns is a very beautfiful quality. Jambs rest on stylized pine cones whereas the grooves of feet are decorated with bronzes representing heads of asparaguses finely chiselled. The front part is made of a decorated moulding panel underlined by a frieze of bronze pearls.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert. The fireplace is sold without marble floor but can be made on order.
