This Louis XVI style fireplace is carved in the rare Arabescato marble. Its curved and fluted pilasters are surmounted by square rosettes at the corners and a small flower is placed at the center of the frieze. This 19th century piece includes its original iron insert, which is decorated with flower garlands, ribbons, and two symmetrical decorations of a pair of crossed trumpets.
This fireplace is sold with its original cast iron insert and with its marble floor, which is broken but will be restored in our workshop.
