This rare antique Louis XV style fireplace was made of pine wood during the early 19th century. There is elaborately carved decoration on the fireplace. The curved entablature is decorated in the center with a foliated medallion placed inside a shell. It is bordered on both sides by very realistic flowers. The fluted legs are crowned with large acanthus leaves.
This fireplace is sold without any fireplace insert or hearth.
