This antique Neo-Classic style overmantel pierglass was made in the 19th century. On a pastel green background, carved decoration is golden. Thus, in the upper part, Apollo is represented driving a chariot over a cloud. Sides are decorated in their lower part of caduceus, an attribute of the god Hermes.
