This Napoleon III style overmantel mirror was realized in the 19th century. Framed in a beautiful wooden and gilded stucco decor, its large beveled mirror is framed by a row of pearls that separates it from the "parecloses". The frame is richly ornamented with a ribbon wrapped around braided flowers, and scrolls to the four corners. The summit is crowned with two putti on either side of a flowered cassolette. Finally, a cartouche carved in imitated leather, decorated with a lace of bellflowers, falls on the mirror.
