Beautiful antique Regence style mantel made in the nineteenth century. The lintel is the support of a beautiful decoration of three large acanthus leaves and flowers. The corbel shaped jambs are covered with an oak leaf design, while the heads bear acanthus leaves, set at an angle. The use of Red Griotte marble makes this an exceptional piece.
This fireplace comes with an antique cast iron insert adapted to this fireplace but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order.
