This small Pompadour model fireplace was made in Carrara marble in the 19th century. Its lintel is decorated with a central circular medallion framed by moldings adapting to the curved lines of the fireplace. The upper part of its jambs is adorned with a volute decorated with a shell and a medallion with horizontal lines; their lower part follows a straight line, decorated with moldings.
This fireplace is sold with its original enameled insert which is broken and will be restored by us but without any marble floor. This one could be made to order (please ask for marble availability).
