The homogeneity of this impressive set of 17 Art Nouveau wrought iron railings is remarkable (15 identical railings + one pair with a different design). The decorations consist of symmetrical motifs of stylized flowers and supple foliage featuring the famous “whip” pattern—a serpentine wave characteristic of Art Nouveau ornamentation. The railings feature a grid structure on which the arabesques are displayed. Some elements show signs of wear due to age and use.
